Mallo-Smooth Fudge
Mallo-Smooth Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix sugar, butter, milk and marshmallow cream in 1 quart pan. Bring to full boil for 5 minutes; stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add chocolate chips.
Stir until melted and smooth. Add nuts and vanilla.
Pour into lightly greased 8 inch square pan; cool.
Note: Scorches very easy.
