Malacados is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. milk (lukewarm), 1 c. sugar and 1 stick butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift flour.
Make well; add butter, sugar, salt, eggs and milk with yeast in it.
Mix well.
Cover with towel and put in warm place to rise (about 2 1/2 hours).
After it rises, pull in the sides and let rise again.
Fry in deep fat.
