Make Ahead Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground round, 3 eggs, 1 c. progresso bread crumbs, 2/3 c. milk and 1/2 c. grated parmesan or romano cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; do not overmix!
Shape mixture into 24 meatballs.
Place formed balls onto a cookie sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
Place cookie sheet with meatballs into freezer.
Once meatballs are frozen, transfer them into a plastic freezer bag.
Store in freezer until ready to use.
Meatballs may be defrosted and baked or baked frozen.
Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes if frozen, 15 to 17 minutes thawed.
Always cook to an internal temperature of 160°.
