Make-Ahead Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 6 slices bread, cubed, 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 8 eggs, slightly beaten and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Crumble sausage in medium skillet; cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally.
Drain well.
Spread bread cubes in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish; top with sausage and cheese. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
Beat well and pour over cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
