Makay'S Microwave Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce, 1/4 c. brown sugar (corn syrup substitute), 1 tsp. prepared mustard, 2 eggs, lightly beaten and 1 golf ball size onion, grated fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients.
Distribute evenly in a large ring mold, an especially made-for-microwave round container with spout in center or a 2-quart microproof round casserole with an inverted 6-ounce custard cup in center.
Cook on maximum power a total of 16 minutes, turning the container 1/4 turn after 4 minute intervals.
Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
