Maid of Honor
Maid Of Honor is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. sifted flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix flour, salt baking powder, and sugar.
Rub in butter with a spoon, add egg yolks and lemon juice.
Mix to form a smooth dough.
Roll out half at a time, very thin, on a floured board. Cut into 2- inch circles.
Place in greased miniature cupcake pans (1 1/2 inch in diameter).
Pastry will not reach to top of cups. Press in place.
