Mahogany Glazed Chicken
Mahogany Glazed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. brewed dark roast coffee, 1/2 c. orange juice, 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. dark molasses and 1 tbsp. dijon mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients, except the chicken.
Bring to a boil and cook about 4 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Place the chicken on a rack and baste with the mixture.
Bake in a 375Β° oven for at least 45 minutes or until cooked.
Baste every 10 minutes.
Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken and serve.
