Mahogany Cake
Mahogany Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 2 c. cake flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 375°.
Cream butter and sugar; add 1 egg at a time.
Beat well.
Add flour and baking soda and alternate with 1/2 cup milk.
Heat other 1/2 cup milk and chocolate.
Add while warm; beat well.
Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
Use 10 x 10-inch pan.
