Magically Moist Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.), cut in parts, 1 1/4 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
Place bread crumbs in large plastic bag.
Add chicken, one piece at a time.
Shake to coat well.
Place on rack in broiler pan.
Bake in 425Β° oven 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
