Magic Lemon Pie
Magic Lemon Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can eagle brand milk, juice of 3 lemons and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Make a graham cracker or vanilla wafer crust.
Mix Eagle Brand milk and egg yolks together.
Add lemon juice last.
Lemon juice "cooks" eggs.
The filling will become thick.
Pour into crust and beat egg whites until fluffy and pour over pie.
Brown in oven. It slices better if you chill it before serving.
