Magic Fruitcake
Magic Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 can eagle brand milk and 2 2/3 c. (28 oz. jar) mincemeat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Butter a 9-inch Bundt pan.
Line with waxed paper.
Butter again.
Sift together flour and baking soda.
Set aside.
Combine eggs, milk, mincemeat, fruits and nuts; mix well.
Fold in dry ingredients.
Turn into pan.
Bake at 300Β° for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
(Check center with toothpick for doneness.)
Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
Turn out, remove paper and cool.
