Maggie's Snickerdoodles
Maggie'S Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 eggs and 2 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, margarine, shortening and eggs.
Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
Shape dough by rounded teaspoonful into balls.
Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
Roll balls in mixture until coated.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Immediately remove cookies from sheet.
