Made Right Mushroom Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine ground beef, celery and onion in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cook on Full power for 4 to 5 1/2 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
Stir halfway through cooking time.
Drain.
Stir in soup, mushrooms, catsup and chili powder.
Heat on Full power for 7 to 9 minutes or until heated through.
Stir halfway through heating time.
Spoon into split hamburger buns.
