Macerated Fruits is an easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. summer fruits (pears, plums, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, apricots, peaches), lemon juice, 2 tbsp. powdered sugar and 1 pt. rose wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Remove cores or stones from fruits and slice or halve according to size.
Sprinkle lemon juice over any fruit likely to brown.
Arrange in layers in large glass dish.
Add sugar to wine and pour over fruit.
Leave in refrigerator for several hours or overnight to allow fruits to macerate.
Serve with cream.
