Mace's Meat Loaf
Mace'S Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground italian sausage (mild), 2 lb. ground beef, 4 eggs, 1 onion, finely chopped and 1 tbsp. minced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large bowl, mix together sausage, ground beef, eggs, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, parsley, wine, basil, thyme, oregano and salt.
Put mixture on a piece of parchment paper, pressing out to about 3/4-inch thick, forming a rectangle.
Layer on basil leaves, sundried tomatoes and cheese. Roll meat loaf, jelly roll fashion.
