Macaroons Ii
Macaroons Ii is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. solo almond paste, 2 egg whites and 1 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut almond paste into very small pieces in mixing bowl.
Add sugar and the egg whites.
Blend until very smooth.
Pipe cookies or by the teaspoon, about the size of half a dollar onto a brown paper lined baking sheet.
Bake at 325Β° for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
Dampen the back of the brown paper and remove cookies.
