Macaroons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. coconut, 1/3 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. matzo meal, 1/8 tsp. salt and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine coconut, sugar, matzo meal and salt in mixing bowl. Stir in egg whites and extract; mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Remove from baking sheets immediately.
