Cream sugar and margarine together and beat until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Then beat for 3 minutes.
Add flavoring and then add flour and whipping cream in thirds alternately.
Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 300Β° in a cold oven for 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown.
