Macaroon Pie
Macaroon Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 16 soda crackers, rolled fine, 12 dates, cut fine, 1/2 to 3/4 c. nuts (pecans), crushed fine, 3 egg whites and 1 tsp. almond extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients except egg whites.
Beat them separately and fold into other ingredients.
Bake in buttered 9-inch pie pan for 30 minutes at 325Β°.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip when cool.
