Macaroni Salad
Macaroni Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. seashell macaroni, milk, 1/4 lb. sliced or grated american cheese, salt and pepper and 2 tbsp. bacon fat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water.
Drain well.
Add enough milk to cover and stir constantly while cooking to keep from sticking.
Add cheese, salt, pepper and bacon fat.
When cheese is well-melted, remove and cool.
Add celery and eggs.
Mix well with mayonnaise and serve on lettuce leaf.
