Macaroni Pie
Macaroni Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. uncooked macaroni, 2 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese (save some for topping), 1/2 stick butter, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk and 1 or 2 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook macaroni until done.
Sprinkle in some cheese, a little at a time.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add milk, butter and beaten eggs.
Sprinkle top with leftover cheese.
Cook in 350Β° oven until top is golden brown.
