Macaroni Pie
Macaroni Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) box macaroni noodles, 3/4 stick margarine, 2 eggs, 2 1/2 c. milk and 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook macaroni in boiling water for 8 minutes.
Drain salt and pepper and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cut up butter over noodles.
Mix together beaten eggs and milk.
Pour over noodles and cheese.
Bake, covered with foil, at 375Β° for 30 minutes. This can be halved for a small crowd or "one an a halved" for a larger crowd.
