Macaroni Chicken Casserole
Macaroni Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 sm. chicken, 2 c. broth, 7 oz. elbow macaroni, 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook chicken and debone.
Mix soups, cheese, broth, chicken and macaroni.
Salt and pepper.
If you make the day before and refrigerate overnight no need to cook the macaroni.
If you bake it right away when you mix then you need to cook macaroni.
Place in a sprayed 13 X 9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Take out of oven and let set for 10-15 minutes before serving.
