Macaroni Cheese Pie
Macaroni Cheese Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, 1/2 lb. wi. mild cheese, butter, 1/2 small onion, chopped fine and 8 slices crisply fried crumbled bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook macaroni and drain well.
Grate 1/2 pound cheese into buttered casserole dish.
Put in half the macaroni.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with grated cheese (use half for each layer).
Add another layer of macaroni, butter, onion, salt, pepper and cheese.
Cover with bacon.
Bake about 15 minutes at 350Β°.
