Macaroni Casserole
Macaroni Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. macaroni, 3/4 lb. italian sausage, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1 large clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook macaroni according to directions.
In the meantime, crumble sausage in large skillet.
Cook over medium heat until brown.
Pour off some fat, leaving approximately 1 to 2 tablespoons.
Stir in the onion, green peppers and garlic.
Saute 5 minutes.
Add all other ingredients, but only 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Mix well.
