Macaroni Baked With Spaghetti Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. (2 c.) elbow macaroni, 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 1/2 lb. (2 c.) grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. bread crumbs and 2 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cook macaroni.
Drain well.
Layer macaroni, sauce and cheese alternately in a 1 1/2-quart casserole, ending with layer of cheese.
