Macadamia Nut Crunch Cake

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Combine cookie crumbs and 6 tablespoons butter.
Press into bottom of an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan. Place nuts in a single layer over crust. Combine 1 cup brown sugar with 1 1/2 cups butter.
Heat over medium flame until surface boils.
Over nuts.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until light brown. Remove and cool on rack.
