Macadamia Nut Crunch
Macadamia Nut Crunch is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped, 1/2 c. butter, at room temperature, 1 tbsp. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. sugar and 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Butter generously.
Cook nuts, butter, sugar and syrup skillet low heat, stirring until butter melts dissolves.
Increase heat and boil until mixture turns golden brown and begins to mass together, stirring constantly (about 5 minutes).
Pour into pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle chocolate morsels, let melt and spread evenly over top.
Cool 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and peel off foil. Cool completely and break into pieces.
