Mac Sausage and Cheese Casserole
Mac Sausage And Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. elbow or shell macaroni, 2 cans campbell's cheddar cheese soup, 1 can milk, 1 lb. sausage link (smoked, turkey, polish, etc.), sliced like pepperoni and 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

While cooking macaroni, simmer soup, milk and hot sauce in a medium saucepan stirring often.
When smooth, add 1/2 cup shredded cheese to sauce and stir in.
Drain macaroni but do not rinse and place them in casserole dish.
Mix in 1/2 of sausage slices.
Pour and mix in cheese sauce.
Top with remainder of sausage slices and sprinkle with remaining cup of shredded cheese.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
Cover dish and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
Serves 6 to 8.
