Mac-Nut Toffee
Mac-Nut Toffee is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. finely chopped macadamia nuts and 1 (7 to 8 oz.) milk chocolate bar, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Butter an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Place half the nuts in the pan. Sprinkle half of the grated chocolate over the nuts.
Combine butter and sugar in a heavy pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture is the color of peanut butter (about 290Β°).
Remove from heat and immediately pour over chocolate in pan.
Sprinkle with remaining chocolate and then nuts.
Press nuts firmly into chocolate.
Break into pieces.
