Ma Styrk's Pumpkin Roll
Ma Styrk'S Pumpkin Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 2/3 c. pumpkin and 3/4 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes.
Beat granulated sugar, lemon juice and pumpkin.
Fold into pumpkin mixture flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and ginger.
Grease and flour a 15 x 10 x 2-inch cookie sheet.
Pour in batter and top with nuts.
Bake 15 minutes at 375Β°.
Turn out on powdered tea towel.
Roll up and cool 1/2 hour.
Unroll and spread with filling.
