Ma's Meatballs
Ma'S Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburg, 8 slices bread, parsley to taste, oregano to taste and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put all ingredients in bowl except bread.
Dip bread into milk; squeeze and crumble into meat mixture.
Roll into balls of any size.
Fry in frying pan with shortening or oil until brown all around.
Place in sauce; simmer for 4 or 5 hours.
Serve with noodles or spaghetti.
Can also be put into crock-pot.
