M&M Cookies
M&M Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. shortening, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream sugars, shortening, eggs and vanilla thoroughly.
Combine flour, soda and salt.
Add blended dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix well.
Stir in 1/2 cup M&Ms reserve remaining candies for decorating.
Drop by teaspoonful or shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased baking dish.
Decorate tops of cookies with remaining M&Ms as desired.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 min. Yield
5-6 dozen.
