Lynn's Squash Casserole
Lynn'S Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. yellow squash, boiled, drained and mixed, 2 carrots, uncooked and grated, 1 large onion, chopped fine, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together first 6 ingredients.
Sprinkle bottom of pan with small amount of herb dressing.
Top with squash mixture, then top with remaining herb dressing.
Dot with margarine.
