Lynn's Meat Balls
Lynn'S Meat Balls is an easy dinner. Made with approximately 6 lb. meat: 2 lb. pork (ground), 3 lb. ground chuck and 3 lb. ground meat (regular), salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, crushed pepper (red flakes), 3 eggs, 5 to 6 slices bread, soaked in milk and 1 c. chopped onions or more to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix meat with spices.
Into meat and spices that are well mixed, add eggs, bread soaked in milk and onions.
Squish together and form large balls.
Put enough vegetable shortening and olive oil to cover bottom of pan, about 1/2-inch.
Simmer meat balls until done.
Set aside in large skillet.
