Lynn's Cornbread
Lynn'S Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising corn meal mix, 1/4 c. self-rising flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. baking soda and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients.
Grease an iron skillet with cold Crisco (this makes the bread not stick to the pan); pour the batter into the skillet.
Bake slowly at about 325° to 350° until bread is very brown and crispy.
If you prefer it softer, don't brown quite as much.
