Mix together flour, margarine and pecans.

Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with the mixture.

Bake in conventional oven 25 minutes or in microwave for 7 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip together.

Spread on first layer. Beat Jell-O pudding and milk together and pour on second layer. Top with a layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle a few pecans on top.
