Low-Fat Soup
Low-Fat Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey, 1 tbsp. oil (crisco), 1 c. thinly sliced carrots, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown meat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Using slotted spoon, transfer to plate and set aside.
Add oil in saucepan along with vegetables.
Cook until soft.
Stir in flour; stir 1 more minute.
Gradually add beef broth, tomatoes with juice, water, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
Stir in ground turkey.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
Stir in 1/2 cup frozen green peas; cook 5 minutes more.
