Low-Fat Nachos is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. baked tortilla chips, 1 c. grated fat-free mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. fat-free sour cream, 1/2 c. minced canned green chilies and 2 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat broiler.
Arrange tortilla chips on a nonstick baking pan.
In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
Spoon over chips.
Broil nachos until brown and bubbling, about 5 minutes.
