Low-Fat Chicken Pot Pie
Low-Fat Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can mixed vegetables, drained, 1 can campbell's healthy request cream of chicken soup, 1 small (5 oz.) can light evaporated milk, 1 or 2 cans swanson premium white chicken and 2 1/2 c. low-fat pioneer biscuit mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix biscuit mix according to package directions for biscuits. Spray pie plate with Pam.
Pat 1/2 biscuit dough in bottom of pie plate.
Mix all other ingredients.
Pour on top of biscuit dough. Put other 1/2 biscuit dough on top.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 25 minutes or until brown.
Contains 11 fat grams for entire pie.
