Low Fat Chicken Casserole
Low Fat Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. bag fine egg noodles, cooked and drained, 2 jars chunky spaghetti sauce, 4 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and skinned, 8 oz. nonfat ricotta cheese and 4 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In large bowl combine chicken and spaghetti sauce.
In separate bowl combine ricotta cheese, egg whites, and parmesan cheese.
Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with nonfat cooking spray.
Spread 1/2 of chicken/sauce mixture in pans.
Top 1/2 mixture of ricotta cheese.
Place 1/2 the noodles on top of this and repeat layers. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30-40 minutes.
