Low-Fat Apple Cake
Low-Fat Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. apples, peeled and diced, 1 c. raisins, 1 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt or applesauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β° and prepare tube pan with Pam.
Mix apples, NutraSweet and fructose.
Let stand for 1 hour, stirring often.
Mix raisins, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well (do not use mixer). Mix in apple mixture and pour into the tube pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
