Low Fat Ambrosia is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained, 1 small pkg. sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding, dry*, 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip free and 1 (24 oz.) carton non-fat cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
