Low Carb Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pound medium mushrooms, 1 pound roll williams country sausage (hot or sage) and 1 pkg. (8-oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Clean mushrooms with cloth.
Remove stems and use a paring knife to make the hole for stuffing larger.
Brown and drain the sausage.
Crumble sausage and stir in the cream cheese.
Spoon mixture into the mushroom caps.
Bake for 20 minutes.
May sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
