Made with 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice, 1 (2 1/2 size) can canned tomatoes, 1 small head cabbage, 3 or 4 carrots, sliced and 3 medium onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook in small amount of water until tender the carrots, cabbage and onions.
Add tomato juice, tomatoes, green beans, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper.
Simmer about 30 to 45 minutes. Water can be added any time.
