👨🍳 Instructions
Cantaloupe pulp.
Cut into chunks.
Purée in blender.
In lemon juice.
Mix together sugar and buttermilk, cantaloupe purée and whipping cream.
Pour into 2 quart ice cream freezer.
Use approximately 3 parts crushed ice to 1 part rock sherbet is ready, re-pack in ice cream freezer for 2 hours.
