In a 13 x 9-inch pan, cover bottom with graham crackers.
Mix Jell-O pudding and milk; fold in chocolate Cool Whip.
Spoon 1/2 of mixture over crackers.
Put another layer of crackers, and top with remaining Jell-O mixture.
Top with tub of regular Cool Whip.
