Louisiana Shrimp
Louisiana Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 3/4 lb. shrimp, cleaned, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 small pepper, cut in thin strips and 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add shrimp, onion, pepper and celery.
Cook and stir until shrimp is pink. Add tomatoes, sauce, hot pepper sauce, thyme and garlic powder. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice.
Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
Serves 4.
