Louisiana Crawfish Casserole
Louisiana Crawfish Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1 c. chopped onions, 3/4 green pepper, 1 clove garlic, minced and 3 c. crawfish tails, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add onions, peppers and garlic.
Cook until tender-crisp.
Stir in crawfish, soup, rice, parsley, lemon juice and seasoning.
Add bread, which has been crumbled and soaked in milk; mix well.
Spoon into a buttered 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Baked at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
