Lou's Spaghetti Sauce
Lou'S Spaghetti Sauce is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey (louis rich), 1 large can tomatoes, crushed, 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste and 1 3/4 cans beer, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute ground turkey; drain and add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, paste and beer.
Season with bay leaf, oregano, basil, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt and pepper.
Begin this when you begin sauteing ground turkey.
Saute in olive oil, onion, celery, mushrooms and garlic.
Slowly cook all ingredients for 2 hours.
Serve over freshly cooked pasta.
